Program Description:
The Science and Engineering Research program provides qualified students opportunities to work in research labs at Tsinghua University, China's leading engineering school. Students conduct independent research projects in science or engineering for a total of two academic credits at Northwestern. While there is no language prerequisite to participate, students are required to take intensive language training while in China, equivalent to 2 quarters/credits of language instruction at Northwestern. Several levels are offered. Note: This program is uniquely tailored for each student's research interests, with a wide variety of research possibilities available.
